How to validate your offer even if you have no product?

I’ll just jump straight to business.

You have an offer ready for your next promotion, or you plan to have next one soon?

Great.

Here is one thing that you can try out:

Create a waiting list or pre-sell it!

Make a better offer for those who are ready to take immediate action, you’ll also get a pretty good idea what the interest is for your offer.

There are multiple ways to do this, but the idea behind it is the same.

I’ll show you a couple of examples of how you can do this so you get a better picture, mix and match to what best suits your business.

Example 1:

Create a landing page, where anyone who joins will be on a waiting list to get even a better deal when the sales start.

You’ll end up with highly engaged segment of your list who basically said: “Yeah, I want to buy this, let me know when it’s available.”

Example 2:

Create an email with a trigger link for waiting list.

Anyone who clicks the link will be part of your segment which will receive a better deal when the sales start.

We are skipping landing pages here, do this if your offer doesn’t need that much copy/images to be sold. Or you just want things as simple as you can.

Example 3:

Do a pre-sale.

Better offer for all those who are ready to buy now and are OK with waiting a bit, just because they get a better deal.

Crowdfunding campaigns work the same way as this.

Thing is, you don’t even have to have a product here yet.

You’ll get immediate validation if your offer is any good or not, so if the responses are there, you are good to go.

Mix these things with (legit)time scarcity, or limit the special offer to first 100 buyers only, or have your offer with a special bonus for early birds.

As you can see, there are lots of combinations and ways you can go on about this.

I’ve given you just a couple ideas, find one that works best for your business and try this out for your early Black Friday campaigns.

Who says your Black Friday sale has to start on Black Friday, right?

Early bird gets the worm. (should have used this one for subject line šŸ˜› )

Anyway, that’s it from me for today.

If you need help around your next promotion and setting something like this up, shoot me an email. If I’ll have the availability we can work something out.

Cheers,
Zoran
