The real king in the inbox…and it’s not the subject line!

I’m subscribed to a lot of emails. It’s my job to have a feel of what everyone is doing with their emails.

So naturally, I’m exposed to a lot of subject lines.

But do you think I open all the emails I’m subscribed to? It would take me hours every day just to go through them, ain’t nobody got time for that.

I usually end up opening only those that spark my interest with great subject lines. And I don’t do this every day either.

As I said, ain’t nobody got time for that.

But there are some emails I’m subscribed to that I always open.

I actually have a set time in the week to go through every email I’ve missed. I don’t even care what the subject line is. I just filter for specific sender name and I go through every bolded email in my inbox.

Why am I doing this?

Because every email I’ve received from these senders offered me great value.

It was worth my time reading them and it’s worth it to have a set time to read them.

That’s the real king in the inbox. Your sender name, not the subject line.

But that crown must be earned, with every, single email.

Wish you a great week.

Cheers,
Zoran
